Originally from Cameroon West Africa, Connie D Ajah Ayang (Aka Shushu or Meaningful Impact Queen) is a wife and a mom first, a nurse and woman whose desire is to have a meaningful impact on the lives she encounters, whether it is through her gospel-inspired motivational/inspirational videos and messages through her various social media platforms, or for the first time as a co-author of the book "Nothing But Faith; Activating your Spiritual Stethoscope".
Mrs Ayang loves spending time with her family, reading, traveling, exploring new things, watching movies, shopping, writing, fitness and wellness, fellowshipping, politics, and to have fun.
A Mastered Prepared Nurse, with Specialty in Nursing Informatics. Currently working as a Nurse Informatics Specialist/Analyst. Connie has been a nurse for 13years and counting. She obtained a bachelor’s degree in Law and Political Science, from the University of Dschang, in Cameroon west Africa in 2001. A Bachelors of Science (BSN) in Nursing from Delaware State University in 2008 and a Master of Science (MSN) in Nursing in 2015 from Walden University.
As the Spiritual leader of Victory Women of Dover prayer group. She helps organize/ coordinate yearly spiritual retreats for the group, provides mentorship on Faith and spirituality. She is also a member of the community outreach committee for the newly created Caregiver Support Foundation, Inc.; a 501(c)3 organization whose mission is to provide support and resources to caregivers so they can achieve their highest level of physical, emotional and mental wellbeing while taking care of their loved ones.
The first girl in a family of seven, Mrs Ayang has been married to her wonderful husband Bruno Ayang for 11 years now. And together, they have been blessed with two amazing boys, Jayden and Avery-Jayce Ayang , and together they reside in Dover Delaware.
Gifty D. Boateng BIO
Originally born in Kumasi-Ghana West-Africa, the only girl among four wonderful brothers. She was named Gifty which means "Gift from God"; Gifty is a servant of God, wife, mother, philanthropist, coach, and a mentor to many. Many who know Gifty can describe her as Godgift because she keeps giving unto others to make an impact for the glory of God.

Mrs Boateng has been a nurse for 18years and holds Master Degree in Nursing. She graduated from Delaware State University. Among other community and professional organization, she is a member of Delaware Organization for Nurse Leaders (DONL)and Society of Nurse Scientists, Innovators, Entrepreneurs, and Leaders (SONSIEL). She's very passionate about her ministerial work that God has called her to do with caring for others especially those in need. She serves her patient's and community with an integrity, compassionate, caring, kindness and strive for excellence. She's the founder and CEO of Global Ubuntu Impact Foundation(501c3) and Co-founder of Noble Nurses Network.
She has been involved in several community outreach programs, health fairs and donated items to the less privileged population both in the USA and Ghana.
Mrs Boateng loves spending quality time with her family and loved ones; she enjoys fellowshipping, serving at the Father’s House, dancing, singing, shopping, networking, walking, volunteering, and to have fun.
Mrs Boateng is married to her God fearing, wonderful husband Mr Boateng with two miracle babies Samuel Adom(Grace) and Emmauella Nyameye(God is Good) and currently resides in Dover Delaware.

Her vision for "Nothing But Faith: Activating your spiritual stethoscope" is to inspire every healthcare worker, especially nurses regardless of the circumstances we may face at our workplaces, in life to always always be in tune with God and His Word!!!
